Surveyor - Graduate

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a talented Graduate Surveyor to join our Survey Team in Rochester. As a Top Workplace, this is a fantastic chance to work with a skilled team of professionals and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling and quality control for field and office work tasks
• Perform boundary survey fieldwork, including operating robotic total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors
• Assist with preparation of right-of-way plats, certified survey maps, and boundary surveys
• Assist with writing and interpretation of easement descriptions

Requirements:

• Internship to 2 years of survey experience
• Current licensure as LSIT for the State of South Carolina or the ability to obtain in 6 months
• Working knowledge and skills in CAD and design software (i.e. AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation)
• Working knowledge of specialized software processes for managerial, supervisory, and QA/QC purposes
• Frequent travel, including extended overnight stays
• Possess a valid driver's license
