Job DescriptionThis Hybrid role requires working with Primavera P6 to create, maintain, analyze, and report on projects. Under minimal supervision, the successful candidate will use their expertise to develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules to ensure efficient project execution. The Senior Scheduler will also be responsible for preparing baseline schedules and schedule basis documents, assessing impacts to the critical path, and monitoring schedule deviations and variances.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various departments to maintain open lines of communication. They will also be highly proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
- Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities, and report to the project team.
- Monitor schedule deviations and variances, and assist in developing alternative methods for corrective action.
- Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
- Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
- Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
- Facilitate project scheduling meetings and/or interactive planning meetings as required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field, with PMP or AACE certification preferred.
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management, with mid-to-senior level experience in construction, environmental, or engineering knowledge.
- Experience working with natural gas pipeline projects, preferably with EPC experience.
- Knowledge of Engineering disciplines/deliverables and interrelationship between engineering activities and processes.
- High proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Salary and Work EnvironmentThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 and $160,000, depending on skill, education, experience, and work environment. This Hybrid role requires working from a professional office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The physical demands of this job include sitting/standing for up to 8 hours per day and moving freely for up to 8 hours per day.
