Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented individual to lead our front-of-house operations. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain impeccable grooming and wardrobe presentationEnsure the dining room is clean and ambientWelcome guests warmly and confidentlyAnswer phones using proper etiquetteBe knowledgeable about the menu and daily specialsManage reservations, waitlists, and online ordersCommunicate effectively with servers and bus personsMonitor guest satisfaction and feedbackPerform other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty

Required Skills and Qualifications:

No previous restaurant experience is required, but exceptional grooming habits and excellent communication skills are essential. You must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods and have a strong attention to detail.
