Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time, night shift position that involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a caring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assure quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
- Administer medications as ordered by the doctor and according to facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds as needed.
- Perform treatments scheduled during the shift and document appropriately.
Requirements:
- A current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- CPR certified yearly.
- Ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems and work well with all nursing personnel, other departments, and patients.
