Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients on our Med Surg unit. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

About the Role

As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Supervise and direct the activities of other nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Acute care facility experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or RQIACLS certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) or RQIPALS certification
What We Offer
