Job Description

At BuildASign, we're passionate about innovation and exceptional customer service. As an IT Help Desk Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our internal office and production employees, as well as our onsite and remote computer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive maintenance and support to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve IT issues and meet support metrics
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including part replacement and system imaging
  • Support internal users via our ticketing system

Requirements:

  • 1 year of IT experience (computer hardware/software/support)
  • Basic knowledge of networking and network equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and configure personal computer systems
