Job Summary

We are seeking experienced caregivers to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a caregiver with BrightStar Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and personalities. You will be responsible for providing assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
  • Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing Requirements
  • Work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and personalities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes
Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance or ID card
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with varied assistance depending on the mobility of the client
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
