About the Role

We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Quality Leader to lead our supplier quality management process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Quality Oversight: Take ownership of assessing, monitoring, and auditing supplier performance and develop quality standards and specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize advanced quality tools and methodologies to tackle quality issues and improve supplier processes, reducing defects and enhancing overall supplier performance.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supplier activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in electro-mechanical quality management or a similar field with a proven track record of improving supplier performance.
  • Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities to guide teams through quality improvement processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required.
