Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary package for this role, including a base pay rate of $19.30 per hour.

Job Description
This role involves serving and safeguarding clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. As a Protection Specialist, you will provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security protocols
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Pass a background investigation and drug screen
