Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) utilizing the nursing process
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and contributing to a culture of safety and quality
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based care models for the ICU
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of ICU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- ACLS and BLS certifications
