Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Concentra. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our patient care team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care services, including evaluation and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical problems.
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in professional development and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Customarily 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
  • Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
