Job Summary

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

TerraSource Global seeks an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee the operation of our Purchasing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to ensure internal and external commitments are met.


Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and implement programs to meet strategic sourcing, performance, and financial goals.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and maintain supplier performance records, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and pricing requirements.
  • Purchase Order Management: Place orders internationally and domestically, interfacing with production, methods engineering, and parts sales departments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain systematic and visual records of current unit cost, lead time, and inventory levels.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise employees, carrying out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in purchasing.
  • Previous supervisor or management experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of JD Edwards preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
