Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support our multi-site operations in Baldwinsville and Syracuse, NY.

This role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to our property offices, including managing files, processing applications, and assisting with apartment rental processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Process and distribute incoming correspondence and faxes
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance
  • Answer calls and transfer accordingly
  • Prepare responses to routine inquiries
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Confident and positive attitude
