Job Summary
As a Service Representative at Kelly Services, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as necessary.
- Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using our organization's products and services.
