Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Bunge North America. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies, programs, and procedures to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with facility leadership to achieve business objectives and develop strategic plans to support the company's growth.
  • Provide HR services, including policy implementation, collective bargaining agreement administration, and employee relations support.
  • Develop and maintain solid business relationships with key leaders and stakeholders.
  • Assist in responding to grievances, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal affairs affecting Bunge operations.
  • Enhance credibility by taking an active role in the business and participating in business meetings, interacting with employees, and traveling to field locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of related human resources experience, with prior experience in a manufacturing setting and union environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information.
