Job Summary:

The EH&S Director plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of Broan-NuTone employees. This position will focus on establishing and maintaining safety and ergonomics programs and practices, while promoting a proactive safety culture across all facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and claims management, with experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

This is a hybrid role that requires being onsite at our Hartford, WI location several days a week, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ergonomic, health, safety, and environmental strategy
  • Manage site EHS team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement risk assessment tools
  • Coach Safety & Operational team members globally on best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in safety and claims management
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge is strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate a large manufacturing facility
  • 30% domestic and international travel required
