Overview:
The BRAMCO GROUP is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Sales Developer to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
About the Job:
This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and product knowledge. You will work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a solid customer base for heavy equipment sales
- Promote all equipment lines and customer support programs
- Maintain targeted profit levels on sales
- Ensure customers are informed about manufacturer's information
- Report competitive market data
- Frequently visit customer facilities and job sites
- Continuously develop your sales territory and increase customer base
- Attend sales training to stay up-to-date on products and services
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of successful sales experience in heavy machinery or a related industry.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of heavy equipment applications
- Discretion in handling confidential company information
- Positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, and outstanding integrity
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
