Job Description

We call our caregivers Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they are true experts at helping older adults live better lives. They play a key role in our mission by building real, caring relationships and providing kind care that helps our clients stay healthy, safe, and happy at home.

Requirements
  • Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
  • Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations
  • Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android
Schedule Requirements
  • Work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
  • Maintain accurate availability and accept visits within your availability and staffing preferences
  • For Care Pros working full time (30+) hours, work at least one weekend or evening shift per week
  • Provide advanced notice (two weeks) for scheduled changes or planned time off
Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process consists of five steps:

  1. Application: Answer a few questions to determine whether we have eligible work in your area
  2. Self-Recorded Interview: Answer four questions about your past caregiving experience
  3. Offer letter signing: Receive and sign an Offer Letter
  4. Onboarding: Complete a background check & drug test, schedule Orientation, submit new hire paperwork, and fill out employment documents such as your W-4
  5. Attend orientation: Once your orientation is complete, get matched and start working with your first client

*If you have less than six months of professional caregiving experience and no related certifications (CNA, HHA, LVN, RN), you will be asked to attend two days of in-office training and onboarding.
