In this role as a Server/Prep Staff, you are responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences at The Triple M. This involves accurately and efficiently taking food/beverage orders, followed by successfully fulfilling them to a high standard of quality and presentation.

We welcome each guest with friendly service, creating a comfortable atmosphere in the space of Triple M. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of both food & beverage menus.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking guests' food and beverage orders in a timely manner, assisting with any questions or special accommodations they may require.
  • Ensuring that all orders are delivered to the guests promptly, meeting our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Communicating to supervisors or management whenever an issue arises, including guest conflict, employee conflict, excessive intoxication, underage alcohol service, low or no availability of food or beverages, or any situation requiring support from management.

You will also attend staff meetings as scheduled by management, adhering to proper food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times. This includes wearing appropriate uniform, dating all food accurately, discarding waste or contaminated items, properly storing food, and cleaning thoroughly to ensure a sanitary space.

Your goal is to provide outstanding food and beverages from our menus, processing payments via cash and card methods accurately and efficiently.

You will be required to properly enter orders into the POS system for successful sale, maintaining accurate printed tickets for the kitchen. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain and exceed cleanliness standards for all areas of The Triple M restaurant.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
