Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team at Waterbury Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for nursing to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to evening/night nursing staff
  • Validate competencies and skills based on employee-specific needs assessment
  • Design and implement education and communication to assigned staff
  • Identify and communicate clinical competency issues to the Clinical Director
  • Facilitate efficient on-going care on units and participate in special functions as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Current CT RN license
  • BLS/ACLS certification required
  • At least 5 years recent acute care clinical experience in appropriate specialty preferred
