Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Youth Clinician to join our team at Sound. As a key member of our comprehensive outpatient program, you will work with a dynamic team to provide assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to child, adolescent, and adult family members presenting with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services and/or internal and external organization referrals for clients.
  • Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate and timely clinical records according to organization policy.
  • Prepare necessary reports, summaries, and progress notes, and incorporate into clinical records.
  • Perform consultations and liaison duties with other agencies and resources on behalf of the client.
  • Assist clients to remain stable in the community, thereby reducing the use of hospitals or involuntary treatment services.
  • Monitor medication regimes and treatment compliance.
  • Monitor utilization of services and the success of outcome measures.
  • Participate in team member meetings, consultations, case presentations, and in-service training.
  • Participate in ongoing program development and assessment.
  • Ensure the coordination of support meetings and cross-systems crisis plan development for enrolled clients with this need.
  • Provide outreach visits to the individual's home, day, and vocational settings regularly.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field, with a strong emphasis on working with families and community agencies required.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a clinician or case manager or residential provider and ability to demonstrate skills in clinical assessment and treatment plans, preferred.

Current sign-on bonus: $1,500

Pay Range: $31.47 per hour
