Salary: $18.40 per hour
Job Description:You will be working as a Delivery Assistant, riding along with a Package Delivery Driver in our brown trucks, and helping to get packages delivered efficiently and safely.
The role requires flexibility, and you'll be assigned work in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.
You'll work together with the driver to make multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned delivery route, lifting up to 70 pounds, and working outside in various weather conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking up packages and assisting drivers with loading and unloading cargo
- Delivering packages to customers' doors and making sure they are received safely
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and addressing any issues that may arise during the delivery process
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or concerns
