Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at SGA, a women-owned business and technology solutions provider. Our mission is to solve big IT problems with a more personal, boutique approach.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location in Denver, CO.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex procedures with minimal guidance. They will assist in preparing financial reporting schedules, including fund financial statements, schedule of investment, and tailored shareholding reporting.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports.
  • Edit and maintain all financial reporting schedules.
  • Support team in delivering financial reporting deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for team deliverables.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as advanced Excel and Word knowledge.
