We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Ingram Barge Company.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and revenue expansion by developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with our company's objectives. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts commercially, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, business development, or business analysis, preferably in the terminal, transportation, or logistics sectors. You will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Development: Collaborate on and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth, aligned with our company's overall objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead contract negotiations with customers to ensure favorable terms for Ingram Barge Company, and manage contract execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms and timelines.
  • Revenue Management: Develop pricing models that maximize profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning, and monitor key KPIs and account performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Oversee key account management and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions, and collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a commercial management, business development, or business analysis role, preferably in the terminal, transportation, or logistics sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

Ingram Barge Company offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
