Your Role:

We are seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our team. As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with our experienced supervisors to develop your skills and build your confidence in providing effective psychotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, relational/marital, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients;
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to assess client needs and develop treatment plans;
• Participate in supervision and peer review to ensure adherence to best practices;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution;
• Licensure as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT);
• Ability to provide trauma-informed care using Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Existential theories;
• Familiarity with assessment and diagnostics tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
