Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Binsera. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new leads and relationships with potential clients.
In this role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from initial contact to closing deals. You will also ensure excellent after-sales service, providing value-added solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
To succeed in this position, you should have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, and cold calling, as well as proficiency in CRM software. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing regular updates on their accounts and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets, utilizing data-driven insights and industry trends to inform decision-making.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas where Binsera's services can provide value to clients, developing tailored solutions to address these needs.
- Present company service offerings to prospective clients, responding to questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, follow-up tasks, and sales performance metrics.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on outbound sales and cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, plus commission pay of up to 10% based on individual performance.
