Care Coordinator

As a full-time Registered Nurse at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services during day shifts. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with the treatment team to deliver compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized nursing interventions to promote positive patient outcomes
* Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure high-quality care is provided to all patients
* Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned
