Job Opportunity:

The Sr. Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving reliability issues within the facility, actively participating in area critical maintenance initiatives and root cause analysis across the facility. This position will also assist in outage and shutdown execution as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promotes and participates in all elements of the safety program.

• Supports and fosters safety and environmental compliance.

• Provide daily technical assistance for mechanical issues for the maintenance organization.

• Managing maintenance resources or contractors during outages or project implementation.

• Leads projects to continuously improve equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs.

• Supports the strategy and core values of the Maintenance Department.

• Manages and reports Key Process Indicators (KPIs) detailing all the results of the reliability program activities.

• Recommends innovative solutions to increase equipment and facility life and reduce maintenance costs through the analysis of repetitive equipment failures/breakdowns and predictive maintenance analysis reports.

Requirements:

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

• Strong engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and leadership skills, team player.
