Drive Sales Growth through Strategic Partnerships

As a Channel Sales Account Executive at Dell, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with our channel partners. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with channel partners to identify and qualify sales opportunities that align with Dell's business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive sales growth through our channel partners.
  • Manage the channel partner relationship, engagement, and achievement of joint objectives through the partner planning process.
  • Identify cost-effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive sales execution and remove technical barriers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external executive teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of related field sales experience.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Dell offers a competitive total target compensation range of $240,000 - $310,000, which includes base salary and commissions. Our benefits package includes a range of options to support your health, well-being, and financial security.
