Job Summary
As an Account Associate at State Farm Insurance, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their insurance needs, processing policy changes and updates, and handling incoming calls and emails regarding policy inquiries and claims.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
