Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
- Conduct thorough needs analyses, make suitable product recommendations, and organize test drives
- Negotiate deals with customers
- Accurately log activities on the internal lead management system
- Deliver sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals
- Engage in business development and networking activities to drive sales
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience is preferred
- Self-driven and motivated individuals who can achieve results
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base is highly regarded
- Knowledge of current trends and news, along with a strong desire to learn more and do more
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on performance and experience.
