Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
