Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders.
  2. Document findings on the standardized evaluation format neatly, accurately, and adhering to all guidelines.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  4. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or MS in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and state board.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in-state as applicable.
