Material Handler

Holman Inc is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at our new location in Loxley, AL. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for pulling part purchases from stock, delivering to drivers, and maintaining inventories of all inventoried items.

• Pull part purchases from stock and deliver to drivers.
• Stock incoming parts and return parts.
• Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non-controlled).
• Assist and participate in conducting cycle counts.
• Bar-coding on all incoming parts and equipment.
• Fill requisitions out for parts shortages.
• Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
• Responsible for the shipment of parts to customers.
• Gather and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
• Unload delivery trucks.
• Utilize the company designated freight solution to ship all product not delivered on a company truck.
• Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Forklift experience and able to use a pallet jack.
• Able to lift heavy boxes, up to 50 Ibs.
• Warehouse experience.
