Job Summary:

To provide high-quality nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in professional nursing theory and practice, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conducting patient assessments, identifying potential health risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina or a compact/multi-state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
