About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at LHC Group in Carrboro, North Carolina.

This is a full-time position that requires strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for adult to geriatric patients.
  • Deliver high-quality direct patient care services, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Evaluate and select adaptive equipment to meet patient needs.
  • Document all services provided according to department and facility standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license in Occupational Therapy in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification and other certifications as required by LHC Group policy.
  • Less than 6 months of experience.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
