We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing top-notch patient care. As an LPN at Lexington Medical Center, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, developing your skills in various areas of nursing care.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current South Carolina license as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and basic first aid knowledge with current CPR certification. You should also be able to communicate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and respond promptly to patient needs and requests.

Your responsibilities will include conducting patient interviews, preparing and maintaining exam rooms, and assisting with minor procedures. You will also implement physician orders, report results, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Additionally, you will operate and maintain equipment, including general office equipment, patient care equipment, and specialized equipment such as X-rays and ultrasound machines.
