About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our contingency pool team. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work with various patient populations, ranging from pediatrics to geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients in assigned offices
  • Conduct Point-of-Care Testing
  • Perform phlebotomy and injections
  • Administer medications
  • Complete asynchronous administrative work
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $68,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We also offer competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, and a PAWS UP employee recognition program.
