Job Summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors, L.P. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Institutional Sales to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing relationships with institutional clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including understanding their investment needs and identifying selling opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively articulate Dimensional's business processes, investment philosophy, and approach to clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of ten years of investment sales experience, preferably gained from working at an institutional asset manager in a sales and client service capacity.
  • Experience working with defined contribution, defined benefit, endowment, and foundation clients.
  • Demonstration of initiative, accountability, and a focus on delivering consistent quality work.
  • An extensive knowledge of the institutional investment business.
  • Ability to prioritize and exercise time management.
  • A strong academic background, with an MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
