We are seeking a skilled Mixology Professional to join our team at Wintergreen Resort in Virginia. This is a part-time, seasonal tipped position that requires excellent bartending skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food and beverage industry, with knowledge of mixing drinks, drink recipes, and service techniques. They will be able to maintain high levels of hospitality and courtesy, even in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare and serve drinks for guests, including cocktails and bottled wine service
- Maintain inventory levels of beer, wine, and liquor by correctly restocking products before, during, and after service
- Keep bar areas clean and organized, including sinks, counters, coolers, and service areas
- Wash glassware correctly and assist with bar inventory as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior food and beverage experience required
- Able to carry 25-40 pounds and stand for long periods
- Must be 21 years of age
