Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance branch. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting administrative processes to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery of warranty items.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the branch financial manager to provide guidance and information that contributes to branch performance and profitability.
  • Support the Service Counter and Parts Administration teams in their daily operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
