Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate through assigned areas, actively observing players and machine functionality, making jackpot payoffs, handling minor machine repairs, and promoting honesty and trust among the team.

Requirements
  • Prior money handling and customer service experience preferred;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management;
  • Flexible schedule required, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency is required for all Gaming Establishment employees.
