Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and training, and make adjustments as needed to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in creating personalized connections with customers to drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
- Observe and assist associates on the selling floor to improve performance and make connections.
- Conduct fit sessions to enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
- Help associates improve customer interactions by sharing specific actions to achieve better outcomes.
- Ensure the team is on track to meet goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Own the selling floor and optimize store operations to maximize efficiency.
- Be prepared to step in for another manager as needed.
- Plan and execute local events that align with the community and drive incremental traffic and sales.
- Act in alignment with our values.
About You

- A proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- The ability to adapt quickly to change and rally the team behind new strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills, including active listening, data analysis, and creative problem-solving.
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in specialty retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operating store systems accurately.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Familiarity with technology and industry-related resources.
