Job Opportunity for Dedicated BCBA

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team serving the Lehighton, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide expert supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other professionals to implement evidence-based behavior support strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
