Clinical Director

In this role, you will lead and provide guidance to a team of psychologists in the performance of duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide psychologists or other staff in the execution of their duties. Participate in orientation and ongoing training to ensure that required performance evaluations are completed.
- Provide clinical consultation and supervision as well as perform duties related to developing and shaping special clinical programs.
- Perform psychological assessments and interventions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and analyze data for performance improvement and research purposes, adhering to Institutional Review Board guidelines and approvals.
- Coordinate administrative duties as needed for licensed psychologists.
- Maintain related documentation.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Psychology required.
- Current license to practice as a psychologist in New York State is mandatory, along with specialized certifications if necessary.
- Medical Board Appointment is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in developing and evaluating psychosocial programs in milieu settings is highly desirable.
- Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy is highly preferred.
- Experience with trauma-informed care, women's mental health, and perinatal issues is highly desired.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
