Collision Repair Specialist

Job Description

At Chilton Auto Body, we are looking for a highly skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team.

As a Collision Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for examining vehicles for collision-related damage and documenting the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collision repair principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review vehicle damage with customers and walk them through the repair process.

• Prepare estimates and supplements based on vehicle damage.

• Follow Direct Repair Program (DRP) guidelines and company procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.

• Support the location manager in the routing of each repair.

• Ensure Chilton Auto Body's quality standards are met throughout the repair process.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2 years of prior collision experience.

• Effective time-management and multitasking skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, customers, and business partners.

• CCC One experience.

• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills.
