About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Consulate Health Care of Norfolk. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our healthcare team to implement individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident, ensuring their unique needs are met.

You will be responsible for supervising and evaluating Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring that they deliver care according to our high standards. Additionally, you will oversee our fall-risk and pressure ulcer prevention programs, actively working to prevent and manage these conditions.
