Job Description

The RN House Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to facility patient care functions on designated shifts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direction, counsel, and support for patient care and staffing concerns.
  • Collaborating with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Coordinating patient placement and supervising professional and support staff.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current Mississippi RN licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and CPI.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
