At Norman Regional Health System, we are seeking a talented Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to lead our Opioid Abatement Initiative. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing quality integration and performance improvement initiatives within our healthcare system.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will serve as a leader in quality and promote its integration into the program. They will administer a robust performance and process improvement program, develop, manage, and utilize data and quality metrics, and take responsibility for continued professional growth and development.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related healthcare field.
- Demonstrated understanding of principles of project management, quality, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice.
