Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, as well as maintaining accurate records and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory
  • Provide exceptional patient care and services
  • Operate pharmacy systems and cash registers
  • Assist with clinical services, such as blood and urine sample collection
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
  • Prefer good math skills and computer skills
  • Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification

Training and Development:
